Complained about my dry dog food growing mould on it and staff talked down to me rather than being helpful. They have changed something about their own brand of dry dog food and I took some into let them see and never felt like nobody cared like this before. Not any help at all and if that's what customer service is about I will never buy anything again from this store. Just said what do you want us to do.

Great store, been using them for years to buy both dog and cat food. Well priced and the dry food selection is by far better both in price and nutrition than the main stream brands such as pedigree ect.

Have bought bird feed from three times and found the the experience lacking but but my latest purchase will be my last. After buying what was over priced pellets the staff sent me into there own store room to try and find the feed which I had to load myself and take back through the store so that they could stand and gossip at the tills. If I paying that much for feed I shouldn't have to do there job for them too.

Vast improvement on my last visit. Staff friendly, polite and helpful. Let's hope they keep it up. Prices a bit steep but good range of products to choose from.

Absolutely disgusted.Bought a jacket for my son for a Christmas present.Had to return it as the lining was made too big so it hung down and curled up at the bottom of the jacket.The staff member was snippy and sarcastic to say the least. At one point she grabbed the jacket from me, said that's ours" and threw it on the floor!Eventually sorted out my refund and I went back into the shop to look for an alternative. There was one jacket there on sale which had the same obvious fault. I looked for alternatives and eventually found a jacket
