An excellent sports massage therapist. Denise is a fabulous person and brilliant at what she does. Would highly recommend to everyone.

I went to Denise after suffering with really bad back pain caused by two pregnancies which was keeping me up at night and affecting my day to day life. She was amazing and I felt like I had a new lease of life even after one session with her. Always making sure I was relaxed and comfortable throughout the massage. She is so lovely and welcoming and even gave me aftercare leaflet and information on how I can help the muscles at home. Would 100% recommend! Thank you Denise.

Went to see Denise for shoulder muscle tension and pain. She did an assessment and told me what muscles were affected, then massaged and showed some stretches I could do to help with the muscle tension. Later that day, she sent me an email with some exercises to do to strengthen the area. When I gave her a call to ask about a couple of the exercises she couldn't have been nicer, Denise took her time to explain them in detail. When I went to see her two weeks later, she re-assessed, told me about the progress, massaged again and then went over the stretches and exercises again.Can't express how attentive, caring and proficient Denise is, she made sure I understood the exercises she prescribed, also explained the importance of them.Amazing therapist, looking forward to the next visit.

I would highly recommend Denise to anyone who needs a good back massage I went with back problems and I can say she has worked wonders on my back neck and shoulders, very professional service and a great experience all round. Cannot recommend her enough!!

I’ve struggled with muscular injuries in my groins, hamstrings and quads for the last 2 or 3 years which has meant I’ve missed a lot of football. I’ve been seeing Denise regularly for the last 4-5 weeks for a sports massage and have noticed a great improvement in my mobility and I’m now back playing, would definitely recommend!
