This company is an RIP off. Do not buy from there.First the fit an wrong door ( not as per request), they badly fitted ( hard to open and close), they did not fit the right barrel (verbally communicate to us during fitment) but after 3 week nobody contacts us to come to replace.But of course we did have to paid all when fitting.How it work in this company ? Why you don’t respect customer and you ignore email / phone.Please avoid this company.The prices was not worse the trouble.£1200 for an composite door by the way.

Anglian windows failed 6 times to attend my appointment.. all I wanted was a quote for my windows and I live close to the Solihull branch and no sales agent attended or called for my appointment.I am a returning customer to renew my windows as I refurbished my property.. what a joke Anglian is. Disgusting.

Disgusting service. Anglian have now had my deposit for many months, with repeated lies and requests for more time, enough is enough. Even after waiting so long for the job to be started I was spoken to very rudely by the manager Jason. I have made 5 calls to head office and still do not have my refund back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I saved over £600 by going elsewhere and had the job done in 10 days!

Not good enough for one star. If you want any after sales service don't go here. Appalling company to deal with - unless you took the extended warrant just simply don't go there

I wouldn't even give a star if I could leave a review without giving one. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.A lady was happy to come into our home for three and a half hours to tell us how amazing they were and how everyone else who sells windows is rubbish (in her words), quote us an extortionate price (£5500 After discount but £15000 original price!!!!!) for our windows and doors knowing our house was currently unsecure and take a £1500 deposit for the privilege in August telling us the process will take 8 weeks. The surveying took 1 month. He was extremely rude and effectively called me a liar due to a confusion in the time he was meant to come. He also told us from that stage the windows will be in in 4 weeks. And then the icing on top we ring to find out what was going on only to be told the parts won't be there until the 23RD OF DECEMBER!!!!!! I cant lock my house up when I go to work. To say I am absolutely disgusted is a massive understatement. Lesson learnt. Never trust a saleswoman. Should have given my money to a well deserved hard working tradesman which is what I fully intend to do next.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. We ordered a front door in September last year and were told the installation will be early November. After not hearing from them again at all I chased them around mid November...and chased...and chased...it took week is until.someone finally bothered to get back to us. We were then told the installation was cancelled a few weeks ago which we were unaware of. After some investigation on Anglican's site we were told they can manufacture the door after all and it will be installed in late January. January came and went and after chasing them for weeks yet again we were told they can't manufacture the door. The wirst customer service" I have ever experienced....I wouldn't even call it customer service as they didn't provide a service. Stay away from Anglian

Late by 24 hours for an appointment. Guy was singing all the right notes. Unfortunately a week later, no quotes, no communication and even ignoring calls. I own a business, and this service is appalling. Find another builder!

Stay well clear! Quick to fit and take the money. Aftercare is non existent! Door hasn't been fit for purpose since fitted.... 4 months ago! And still no return of calls or emails. Trading standards contacted.
