Argos Nairn (Inside Sainsbury's)

Went to buy TU cloth face masks as advertised ,they had none. None of the staff seemed to have heard of them. 20 mile wasted journey

Don't like Argos find it overrated stuff they sell you can find cheaper elsewhere

Very busy today and feel there was not enough staff on to cope with the amount of people in there store

bought on line and picked up item. staff very pleasant

I was served by a very friendly helpful employee but whilst being served was interrupted by another employee who seemed to be of a higher ranking . She stated that on hearing our conversation had just decided that I would not get the amount of items I had reserved (soda stream bottles) as ‘people were just coming in and depleting their stocks’ I did say I had reserved them and added that I had traveled a long way to which she replied ‘that was neither here nor there’ She grudgingly ,after a long lecture expressing her opinions, decided on this occasion I would get what I reserved but would be limited next time. No worries, I won’t be back! The guy who initially served and continued to serve me after her rude remarks was excellent.

A bit of a journey. First what I wanted for a birthday gift was all sold out. But then lovely girl on the desk said she could order and send straight to Birthday boy. Even delivery on his birthday. Half of the order was perfect. The other half despite the the packaging being intact, the sage green garden box was broken. Not a little crack but a big one, which means it was cracked at the factory. Argos agreed that is totally unacceptable. Their customer service was excellent. But if you are looking for a garden box steer clear of this one

Great wee store nice and local to me, handy being in Sainsbury's get my weekly shop and pop in to Argos for a look, the staff are very good at what they do.

Can't stress enough how good the staff are here. I came through today with a serious delivery issue that wasn't theirs to solve but Donalda and Nicole took it upon themselves to sort it for me. The end result was better than I expected and the guys were brilliant throughout!

Purchased a low value item which turned out to be faulty.Representative of the store advised a paper copy receipt was required to prove purchase even though we had a scanned receipt.The product was acknowledged as sold defective the Representative advised an exchange was not possible even though the item was in stock at the store.Advise provided was not in line with Argos own returns policy or Consumer Rights Act legislation.
