First Class Service by a very friendly lady who put my Elderly Mum at ease and explained every single stage of the process and waited for her to be relaxed before starting and she spoke to her the whole time to keep Mum calm... Highly recommend The Hearing Hub Harold Wood.

I was treated very well. I had no idea there was a large amount of wax in my ears, but although I had no problems with hearing, I felt the difference when I came out and went into the fresh air. Everything was explained very thoroughly to me.

Very thorough ear cleaning using micro suction and water irrigation.A lot of time taken to make sure the job was done properly.Very pleasant lady explaining everything going on, and what to do in the future to help keeping Ears in better cleaner condition.Would recommend totally.Waiting room is the Kitchen, so you can look at the washing machine, oven, hob , fridge and sink while waiting.
