John and his team did an excellent job. Even though my Golf's an 06, they managed to match the paint on my new front wings very nicely at a fair price. Even offered a courtesy car when the job took longer than expected. Friendly people, for sure.

The customer service at modus was impeccable. John who dealt with me was extremely helpful and was very reassuring with how he spoke about the process.The state of my car before was dreadful was scratches and marks everywhere. Now receiving my car you would never know it was ever damaged. Compared to places I have checked his prices were the most fair and for the work you get back. 100 percent worth it.Top customer service and top person. Highly recommend.

Took my car in to repair two dents from a super market trolley banging into the door. John and his team did a fabulous job repair this dent and under 3 hours and returned the car the same day. Would highly recommend his services for all body shop related work.

I recently had a bit of a bump in a Polo that I had just picked up for my son. Having looked online, I came across Modus car body repairs who were fantastic from start to finish. Friendly, professional and very reasonably priced, I can certainly vouch for the excellent reviews! The car looks as good as new again and all done within a week. I would highly recommend these guys!

I’d love to give them more than 5 stars if I could. Someone reversed into my car and got it damaged. I dropped the car yesterday and got it back today. I’m very happy with their paint work and repair. Btw John is very professional person and charged a very reasonable price for the work unlike many other body car shops in Luton. Highly recommend place!!!!
