AUTO 99

Waste of time- would not recommend at all!I rung up to book a viewing for a car the day before, I was asked if on the day I could ring before I left so that I did- they asked me how long I would be so they could bring the car around I told them 40 mins.. 40 mins later I arrive to have a look at the car and they told me ‘we sold it 2 minutes ago’ absolutely astonished at how Terrible their customer service is.Not happy at all!

I’m extremely pleased with service I received from Auto99 buying one of their listed vehicles. From the start, I received a very personal and courteous service, I found them open to discussion about the price and warranty. I identified a few issues with the vehicle which were promptly addressed and rectified to my satisfaction at no cost. I definitely recommend Auto99 to anyone looking for a reliable stock of used cars.

I bought my beautiful Jaguar from Auto 99 and received superb service from them. Nothing was too much trouble. Everyone I dealt with was polite, friendly and efficient. Real gentlemen. Not often that one experiences such excellent service and customer care. I can definitely recommend.

Fantastic service from the moment I arrived. Very friendly. A few hair line scratches on the car when I arrived, but they promised that would be sorted when I collected the car, which it was! Not a scratch! Sorted everything out so there was no hassle! Would deffinatly recommend this place. I will deffinatly be going to them! 5 stars. Thank you for my lovely BMW.

Excellent service, friendly team and when something went wrong, nothing was too much trouble. They got the problem fixed and delivered in a matter of days. I would not hesitate in going back to them when I decide on a change of car.

I bought a Ford Focus recently from this company which actually drives well which is why I have given them 2 stars, I was not impressed with the lack of preparation prior to the handover bearing in mind that they charge top money for the cars they sell, I found an awful lot of scratches on the car and the interior needed cleaning and the drivers side wiper was knackered although this car passed an mot a couple of weeks prior to me buying it.My advice if you purchase a car from Auto99 is to check the car thoroughly on collection.Emailed the owner with my concerns and he didn't get back to me.
