PHONELAND

I don't normally leave reviews but........what a diabolical waste of money and timeWhere do i start ? I took my 1 year old iPhone XR in to have the glass screen replaced and the back panel was also smashed. I was quoted £180. So i came back and dropped the phone off. Later on that day i received a phone call asking me if i wanted to use a second hand back panel, i was told it was very good condition with only a small blemish that you couldn't notice. Ok i said how much will that save me ?" No No came the reply the price you were quoted was to use a second hand back. "Ahhh" i said "i wasn't told that. Well ok if it is in good condition that should be ok....... "Mistake. Big mistake ! I went to collect and the front screen hadn't been done. Would you like me to do it ? The man said. "Yes of course i would " that was what was agreed. Ok give me 20 minutes said the chap. So i return again

Do not give any services to this shop. They are scam.I bought a battery for my mobile from a different place and gave my mobile to them to replace the battery. They charged me for replacing the battery and I collected it yesterday. They did not accept any reliability against the service when I asked them if the mobile phone going to be alright now. That was weird.Apparently when i went home and tried to use the phone, it did not work.They are crook and not trust-able to give your phone, mobile, computer or any electric items. I am going to take a legal action against them. As a person who is in legal department I am well aware of consumer rights and accountability of a shop or a trader toward his customers.For sure they are accountable for the problem and must fix my phone or they will see me taking Police Officers to their shop and will start a legal procedure against them. I am not afraid of a challenge.Please do not trust them at all.

My first experience of this shop. I own an older iPhone which has been in a box for a year or more as I got an upgrade. Wanted to reuse my old phone for work but because it's locked on the network - Vodafone - I couldn't get it unlocked, even though I bought the £10 SIM card and used it for a month, which Vodafone told me would work. Gave up in despair after endless phone conversations with Vodafone. Phoneland assured me they could get my phone unlocked. Cost me £42 but well worth it and took 3 working days, which they told me it would. It's great to be reusing something which had sat in a box unused. Would highly recommend this shop and the helpful guys who work in it.

As I struggle to write this review, due to my ill fitted, clunky and all-round underwhelming phone screen and case, I'm reminded just how bad the quality of the products at 'Phoneland' are. On account of the friendly service I received I give this place two stars but other than that I can safely say my trip to 'Phoneland' was the most disappointing thing I've done all day - and the baseline for this cold, December day has been pretty low to start with.

Avoid at all costs. Brought a pair of Apple headphones less then 3 weeks ago only for them to break as I took them out of my ears. Took them back to request an exchange and they refused claiming that I had broken them. My last pair lasted me 4 years and I look after all my belongings as I hate wasting money.Eventually after being rude he exchanged for a much cheaper/poorer quality product, not even an apology.

I took my water damaged phone to see if could be salvaged, they checked the phone and enabled me to upload information to my iCloud account. This took 20-30 minutes. The phone was not repairable and he didn’t have any suitable phones in stock but gave me advice on the best model. I offered to pay for his time but he refused to accept anything.Great service.

I haven't used Phoneland's repair service so can't comment on that.However, I have popped in to buy phone cases and cables here and have been happy with what I've bought.The service is friendly, and as someone who gets at least a couple of years use out of a phone, it's handy to find cases still stocked for older models.

Very professional in the work. Accidently I broke my Samsung A51 screen and was very woried as we are in this lock down period and very happy to know they were open and repaired my phone with in 30mins and put a free screen protector. 5 stars to Phone Land team.

Went in today to buy a new phone case & cover for an iPhone 13 pro. The two guys working in the shop were both excellent! Very helpful & very friendly & at a really good price too! Highly recommended
