I booked an express appointment for a service and MOT. Unfortunately, my appointment was anything but quick. It took 7 hours, whilst I waited patiently at the garage. Customers arrived after me but left before me. The service staff need to pay more attention to customers who are waiting, to give them regular updates, and ensure everything is running smoothly. The service manager advised me that a member of the team and read something incorrectly regarding my booking. Not good enough I’m afraid. Leeds Audi have lost me as a customer.

Amazing service from Audi Leeds once again especially from Adam Newton!! I was kept well up to date with the progress and build of the vehicle on regular intervals as I had quite a .long wait from when I first purchased the vehicle. Very much understandable due to the current climate of the motoring world. Nothing was ever too much for Adam in which I would 100% recommend purchasing your new vehicle from him as i know you will be left in capable hands!!Everyone at Audi Leeds are very customer oriented, friendly and they make the whole process hassle free! Thank you again, always a pleasure and i look forward to doing business again with you in the future.

On our visit to Leeds Audi, we were greeted by a very pleasant young lady, Ellie Kiyak.We explained to her the Audi model we were looking for. At the time Audi Leeds did not have that particular car & colour available but were expecting one to become available in a few days time. A couple of days later Ellie phoned us advising us the car had come in also sending a video of the car. Having viewed the car along with a test drive we bought the Audi.At no time were we put under any pressure to buy. We have to say this pleasant young lady in an asset to Audi Leeds

Cannot recommend highly enough. I’ve bought many cars and bikes over the years and this is the best experience I have had. PX’d my A6 for a Q7 to accommodate a growing family. Joe Connor was my main contact throughout. He was responsive, knowledgeable and polite plus he clearly has a passion for what he does. Carl (Leeds Audi Manager) came and said hello & checked on me whilst I was waiting. As each different member of the team passed, they all said hello. What nice people! I was happy with the price on the PX which was very straightforward and the new car was immaculately prepared. 5 star. I’ll be back again! Thanks to the whole team.

Bridget Webster in Service and Stefan Wagner Master Tech were a fantastic help in resolving the issues with a car purchased from another garage, I cannot not rate them enough. Nothing was too much trouble and they really went the extra mile to get my car to where it needed to be - 5* and they will be the main dealer I recommend to all my colleagues and friends.
