Shazam was highly recommended by my mother in law who spoke very highly of her experience and having seen the quality and fitting of the laminate flooring and carpets we made the call to Shazam.Having recently had a new house extension we were looking for good quality carpets at a good price for 3 bedrooms and landing area. Shazad was very helpful, professional and the quality of his work was amazing.As a family we felt welcomed at the shop, the children loved the experience and you are guaranteed quality and variety. Shazad was very helpful making sure we get the best quality carpets at a great price.Shazad made our final touch to our house extension come to life. The carpets looked beautiful, giving a warm homely feeling. We would highly recommend Shazam and rate them 10 out of 10, fantastic customer service and brilliant quality. Highly recommended professional service.

Customer service is great! One of the staff was very helpful and very welcoming. Also, the flooring came out great, too. I'm very pleased with it. The good thing is they have a lot of collections so you will like something there! I would definitely go back there again.Thank you so much!

Absolutely Fantastic service. Shahzad and his team, levelled my kitchen floor, and gave me advice on what was the best option for under floor heating. As I have experienced Shahzad work over the past 20 years, I went with the advice. Best decision I made, Shahzad work is off the highest standard. Absolutely delighted with the quality of my new carpets. Great customer service from choosing the right carpet for my needs right through to the fitting. Thanks, Shazam, for making it a stress-free experience. We are now enjoying a luxurious feel under our feet and at a great price too.You can buy a very good quality carpet but if you don't have a good fitter, it will look clutter. Shazad and his team are geniuses, they have done an imaginary job. I cannot thank Shazam Flooring Ltd enough for enhancing the beauty of my house.

Absolutely brilliant customer service.Very professional. Had carpet fitted in my rented property. He came out and measured the house straight away and carpet was fitted a few days later. Such a large variety of carpets, rugs and flooring to choose from. Very good price too.

Fantastic job from Shaz and the team! Not your average floor fitters and explain everything that needs doing. Very well priced and only stock the best flooring! We had issues with the underfloor not being level but Shaz looked after us and we are extremely happy now! We definitely recommend Shazam flooring and will be using them in the future again!

A 5 Star service from a first class bunch! We were a bit apprehensive with the advice given by Shaz when we decided to replace our floor tiles. But what a transformation to our floor! Can't fault the quality of work whatsoever, with Shaz and his team taking their time to make sure the job was carried out to perfection. Very professional, hard working and honest people. I went to many places to find if someone can do underfloor heating in my kitchen but I was disappointed. Then I found Shazam flooring and Shazad came to my house to do measurements. Firstly, I was bit confused but he assured me that eave everything to him and he will sort out. Naveed the Fitter, finished the job within 3 days which was quite lengthy job and end result is perfect. I would recommend them to everyone who wants perfect flooring.
