A lovely little cafe ran from Crossfit Isca gym. Perfect for grabbing a coffee before work. Great coffee, smoothies, protein drinks and snacks all at a very reasonable price. Served with a smile by the owner Dave who always takes time for a chat. Dog friendly and lots of parking.

Fab, dog-friendly café! Dave makes great coffees and the most amazing smoothies (with added flavoured protein if wanted)! There's also lots of lovely snacks from protein bars, to flapjacks, energy drinks and even frozen meals which can be microwaved in 5 mins!
