Pleasant staff. Only too much so, when only one was at the till and it would have been obvious that I was carrying a heavy 30ltr bag of cat litter.Aircon in the building on sweltering day was a blessing, even though I would have rather been able to pick up what I needed and be served quickly so I could leave.

Some of the staff are nice but the man with the ponytail is rude and obnoxious. Won't be coming again for that reason.

I went to buy a fish tank and accessories to my nephews . The staff and team here are quite simply amazing .Knowledgeable staff . Good social distancing measure in place .

Staff are lovely here!Knowledgeable about the fish.Just a shame pets at home as a franchise continue to sell inhumane hamster cages and fish bowls (no reflection on the staff here)

Went to get some live food for my gecko, had plenty in stock, store was a bit messy due to a delivery - I couldn't get to the fish to have a look. So they have fish, few rodents but not reptiles, just their food and accessories. Easy free parking.

Excellent service given today friendly & very knowledgeable staff from Chanel & the lady at the till point .Both girls was very professional . Step by step help & a full trolly load later Chanel gave us some great advice on what we needed to buy when we bought our little four Guinea pigs in store . Thank you so much on such great service .what a great team in Loughborough

Good general purpose pet store, has all the all the usual stuff you need. Not always the best deals, some things are cheaper on amazon for the same item so worth double checking before purchase.
