The service from here is awful... ordered on April 1st... and still hasn't left the warehouse. Have emailed and have been told there is a delay with the warehouse but leaves me with no dog food so will have to buy from somewhere else until this arrives. Will be cancelling my subscription

Check the dates very carefully. Almost every order I’ve had on my recurring monthly cat food order is out of date. Clearly no stock control or monitoring in place, which is one thing for food but something quite a bit more worrying when a company is also selling medicine.

Our package was taking a wee while to come but I called up and the lovely customer service lady got it sent out right away, waved the delivery fee and they included a small blanket for free! Best customer service I’ve received in some time and my cat got his biscuits the very next day. Thank you!

DO NOT USE!!! I ordered 9 bags of food for my customers to take home when they collect their puppies and paid £15 express delivery. 3 days later, nothing arrived and when I spoke to customer services, they told me they only have 2 bags of food available and even that hadn’t been shipped out. They didn’t know where the other 7 bags were and couldn’t help. I had to cancel the order and now can’t offer the bags to my customers who are coming this week. Absolutely disgusting, I wasn’t even notified that my order wasn’t coming, I only found out when I called them 3 days after ordering. Worst experience ever and I certainly won’t be using them again.

Absolutely awful paid for express delivery 2 days later no delivery emailed when they responded it had an attachment email saying out of stock I ordered special liquid food for tube feeding so had to trawl around all the local vets buying up stock would never use them again and still no refund

Website is an absolute nightmare to use. I used to order my rabbit food over the phone as it was all I needed. My usual pet store is currently out of the cat food I buy so thought I'd try the vetshop as it's only down the road but trying to place an order online is ridiculous. You type in the search box exactly what you one IE - purina one dry cat food and ive got 15 pages of random items to search through to try and find what I want to buy. Now because its only down the road it would be convenient for me, as I spend nearly £200 a month on pet supplies, but I can't be dealing with looking through a dozen pages trying to find each product. So I'll continue to look for an alternative supplier.

Was slightly concerned about some of the reviews but decided to purchase anyway, people are complaining about a complicated website, why?Ordered Tuesday afternoon, food delivered on Thursday morning by yodel, perfectly packaged, no drama at all.It’s the first time I’ve bought this particular food online due to prices rising extortionately in shops, best part of 40% cheaper delivered here,I’m not one for leaving reviews but only think it’s fair to write a positive review.Be back next month.

Order is constantly being lost or returned to seller.You have no access to your orders via online.Messy costumer service,even asked to deliver with DHL they arranged it with yodel again.Not good at all.Pay more and get your pet food somewhere else.

Just tried to take advantage of special offer of 4for3 on Advantage spot on subscription.Website is poorly designed and fraudulent.The website added several items to my basket I wasn't even interested in. The website has deducted £9 more than the correct cost.I telephoned the unhelpful and unsympathetic customer service person who stated the Advantage offer wasn't available for combined cat dog products despite the same price. This isn't stated anywhere on the website so is a breach of Trading Standards law.Fake offers, faulty website and theft of monies. Not a glowing report of this retailer as I'd expected.

I've been using these for a while but they've just lost my business permanently purely because of their poor poor website. Its riddled with glitches, broken buttons, broken auto re orders, payment issues. I've put up with it because of the low prices but no more. I strongly recommend you fix your busted website before you lose all your customers.
