Leagrave Dental Sedation Clinic

Not a very pleasant experience to be honest. I was there with my son a couple of times but not much was done. The last appointment was a tooth extraction which didn’t happen after the local anaesthesia was done because my 6 years son didn’t cope very well. I feel they didn’t give their best to provide the service. I know is not easy with children, but I wish they gave us a couple of minutes to settle, instead, we have been taken out very rudely. To be precise, without any communication or informed decision, he ( don’t remember his name), took my son from his sleeve and pushed us out. This kind of behaviour is not either nice or professional. I am very disappointed.

The staff are all wonderful, calm and professional. My daughter is extremely nervous and sensitive and the experience left her in a positive mood despite having been emotional and nervous on arrival. She was well taken care of by her dentist, dental nurse, anesthetist, and recovery nurse. Even though we had to travel far as we were referred to LDSC by our dentist it was a positive outcome and appreciate the brilliant service.

I was referred to Leagrave Sedation Clinic to have a tooth removed. I was extremely nervous and anxious. Just sitting in the chair at the start of the procedure had me in tears. The staff were so kind and patient with me. The nurse in particular who held my hand and wiped away my tears. I am very grateful that I was so thoroughly looked after and they made a very anxious moment bearable.

I saw Stephanie Johnson, fantastic dental hygienist. It was my first time at a hygienist and I would highly recommend. Stephanie was very informative, she made me very comfortable and did a great clean.

The best place to go! I’ve been here for just over 2 years now and I’ve never had a problem. Staff are very friendly and they always make sure you are okay before you start your appointment. I do travel very far to get there but it’s worth it. The owner is very lovely and helped me out massively when I had a problem with my wisdom teeth. She made sure I had the best treatment for when I had to get them removed. I came out like nothing happened! Would 100% recommend!

Had such an amazing experience with a lovely dentist called Prem, the staff were all very talkative and made me feel comfortable, i was at first very nervous and in pain however the experience was great. Also the receptionists were extremely welcoming. Would recommend to anyone

Attended with my partner who suffers with anxiety when at dentist, surgery went smoothly. All staff were very professional when my partner became ill afterwards and required ambulance assistance. Cannot fault a single person in that team yesterday who dealt with what I assume is a very rare event. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Had a wisdom tooth removed. Best experience I’ve had as I have previously had one removed at a different surgery. Very welcoming staff and the procedure was over in what felt like a couple of seconds although it’s hard to tell due to sedation.Brilliant service, would recommend to anyone that slightly nervous or have a dental fear.
