Unfortunately very poor and super slow service besides dirty tables, forgotten items, totally understaffed bar team and poor customer service/ communication. First ordered items (2 cup of teas) were delivered after an hour of waiting, food quality was average and many items totally were forgotten.

This place is doing well to maintain a classy look. Prices are high but the food was worth it. Macaroni cheese. The use of tea leaves gives a fine blend and an entertaining drink. The upstairs is the better part.

This was our first experience at Centenary lounge where we had the canapé afternoon tea; the food was fantastic and had an amazing variety, and the staff were as kind and helpful as ever, coffees were great too! The environment itself had a lovely aesthetic and looked clean and sleek, will definitely come here again.

Beautiful interior and great food. Hah the veggie breakfast and partner had the pancake berries. Both presented very well.

Family group of 8 visiting for afternoon tea. Felt a bit sorry for our waitress who was trying very hard to keep everyone happy but seamed a little overstretched/stressed. £22 per head. Good location handy for the train. I had the vegi option which was a bit forgettable tbh. On a good day this place is quite charming.

Fantastic valentines set meal. Very friendly staff who were happy to answer questions on the food and cocktail ingredients. Highly recommend. The transition from the cafe to evening venue was achieved through the subtle change of lighting. Lovely art deco style furnishing that transport you back to the time of luxury and elegance.Looking forward to going again soon for either afternoon tea or their mixology class!

Me and my wife came across this place while we were just looking around Worcester city centre. We were invited by one of the staff while looking for the menu outside. What a opportunity. Lovely interior with a bright lighting. Food and service is on the point .It's bit expensive but what you can expect from GWR.

Really lovely little place. The staff were friendly and really accommodating. The only thing I would say is that there could be an option for fresh juices as part of the drinks option, as they were actually cheaper than the teas/coffees on the afternoon tea catering. Also, our sandwiches were not what we ordered, but we were slightly awkward and asked for certain ones and not the whole range of what they would usually put out.Other than that, a nice afternoon, throughly enjoyable and filling! Also great value for money compared to other afternoon tea prices elsewhere!I would return in the future.

We had afternoon cream tea. Absolutely delicious. Staff helpful and friendly. My daughter is vegetarian and they put all her food on a completely separate plate which she loved. The only thing we didn't like was it was a little cold when the door opened as we were right by the entrance/ exit. But other than that a really lovely place..would go again.
