Paul and his team are absolutely fantastic. My Two dogs love going to see them. Paul talks and make a fuss of all his patients and that puts them at ease. He takes his skills to another level.

Paul is incredibly friendly and so good with the dogsEdited...Unfortunetly after 6 years of loyalty from us getting an appointment has become very difficult, as some have pointed out some of the staff could do with a training day and some compassion, there's been times I can't even get them to answer the phone. It's sad because me and the dogs love Paul but I cant afford to wait days when my dog is unwell. Was a sad day today but we've decided to go elsewhere

The vet and the staff are extremely good, true they have some rules but you respect their decisions. Some people saying after I paid 700 for him to open but why didn't they just go to out of hours??They just know he accepts less money. And for some people about the appointments as I've previously stated they have rules and regulations and it shouldn't be bent because of you. Incredible vet and staff though I recommend this clinic. And the It's the duty of vets to care for random animals I find". They probably pay money to have it sent away

Useless trying to get an appointment at this place. A foreign receptionist who I could not understand said there’s a registration fee of £57 for new puppies. Agreed as I live very local to this place and thought it would be handy. She called to inform me that you have to wait in the car for your appointment and wait to be called by mobile phone?! On day of appointment she called half hour before to say the appointment has to be cancelled and re arranged after I had taken a half day from work. I wouldn’t waste your time trying to register with this place :(

Whilst Paul is a fantastic vet, similar to other reviews they really need to think about who they have answering the phones. Incredibly rude and unhelpful, refuses to book an appointment for my dog.Now struggling to find any vets who will see him because no one will accept new patients. Disgusting service and some of the staff are clearly in the wrong job!

Rang to make an emergency appointment, women on the phone was absolutely awful, couldn't care less. Asked if I was registered which I wasnt but was asking for an emergency appointment and she didn't want to know. Paul is absolutely amazing but his staff on the phone are absolutely letting him down

Be very wary transferring to thus vets. They do not tell you, bur they wipe you off the registration after 18 months with no communication. My 16 year old dog is unwell and they refused to book me an appointment. This is a big failure in customer service. Paul the vet is lovely but the whole running of the vets falls down in so many places. STAY CLEAR!
