Prestige Airport Transfers

Excellent service from Prestige from start to finish and will definitely use again. Our driver, Stuart, deserves a special mention. He was polite and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble and he arrived early. Thanks for the excellent service. I would thoroughly recommend Prestige.

Booked this company to take us to Bristol Airport what a brilliant company arrived to pick us up very promptly , driver was very helpful - minibus was exceptionally clean and prompt service on picking us back up on our return home. We recently used Prestige Airport transfers to go from Newport to Heathrow and return. They provided a faultless service. They were on time, vehicles were modern and spotless. The drivers were courteous and more importantly, safe and steady. I would reccomend this company without hesitation

Bob was amazing. We presented him with a fairly complicated itinerary that included pickup at Heathrow and transfer to Cardiff, then a pick up a few days later in Cardiff and transfer to St. David's, finishing a few days after with a run from St. David's to Heathrow, with four adults, five huge suitcases and several carry-ons. Bob was prompt, very courteous and thoughtful, informative and an outstanding driver. Our comfort and safety were clearly his priority. We could not have asked for any better service. Minibus for our family of 6 didn't arrive for our pick up time ** - what more can I say?** Hugely Disappointed ** as always choose local firms where possible!We had a phone call near to our due airport check in time that they would not be arriving!! **This forced us then to drive to cardiff airport in 2 cars adding an extra £520 to our holiday costs, as no taxis avail locally as we rang them all - bear in mind this was so close to our check in time very early in the morning.... it gave us so much stress we just had to get to the airport for flights... that urgent!**My wife had booked well in advance & she even rechecked 4 weeks prior that all was ok.Night before our due pick up Prestige rang me & told me that a different driver would be collecting us for our planned pick up time, as prior driver had family bereavement. The Company assured me even then at that last but one contact that all was in order - however not!I can only share our own experiences - so take care! ***It is whether we take this further now or not??
