The food and everything was tasty but unfortunately we have been missing different parts of our meal, this time we have missed the sauce for the dumplings and a chicken curry. When we call back to let them know parts of our foods are missing, we had terrible service back, saying it’s our fault or it’s not on the receipt and make us pay for our missing orders again. Plus in an A1 meal, we get three different meals yet the chicken curry wasn’t there and it’s “our fault” for not ordering when you know full well that it’s suppose to come? I don’t think we will be ordering here again unless we see a change in the staff and the policy’s.

Ordered, 1hr 15mins later called to see where food was to be advised they hadn’t started yet cooking yet, they were very busy, no call to advise, just took my money, avoid, poor service

Enjoyed our takeout from SuperWok. The portion sizes were huge so don't get caught out! Would absolutely recommend!

Used them all the time. Had few bad ones recently. I phoned up tonight and explained i could not eat the food as it was dripping in old cooking oil. Tasted horrible. They offer me £5 , when my order was £25 . And made a note of it , even though she never took my name , adress or order details . Won't be using them again. I called them to correct it and simply did not care at the time. If that was a restaurant it would be sent back . Not good service , avoid if you can .

Wasn’t a fan at all, felt like we was just eating nothing because the food tasted so bland, usually what we don’t eat I would eat the next day but I did not. Will not be ordering from here again.

Never had a bad take away / delivery experience from Super Wok. We've used them half a dozen times and always excellent food and service and delivery.

Food was tasty however we were missing a few items which did sour the experience a bit. Can't fault the food though, just be sure to check everything is there!

I have been ordering from this takeaway for years, but I've had to change my review due to the service we received tonight. The food quality is good, but we ordered at 6pm, called after an hour and 15 minutes (I get it you know, it can get busy) to be told it's on the way. Next time I called, I was told the information was incorrect and we were next on the line to be cooked. A refund was refused and no apology offered.I'm not usually the person to slate a business in a review but to be quite frank, I am disappointed in the service. Our food is still not yet here, but I can only assume it is of the quality it usually is. I will be ordering elsewhere from now on.
