We ordered engine from here. The shipping was very delayed. Also the turbo was totally ruined, which is due to poor packing or they have send us already damaged one. Also the engine was sent to Finland in middle of the winter, with water inside it! So it had froze and ruin the whole engine. Since the trouble started they haven't been answering to emails.

Before someone wants to buy motor from George please make sure George actually want to sell that motorContacted them early july for the motor, they said they got it, send pictures and videos , i said we take it were ready to pay and George stopped replying, needed to email several times before i got email back saying they need some part and cant sell motor, i said dont worry about it we got it from our old motor, George went quiet again, needed to bug him and clal his cell to get him to reply , we agreed that he still will sell motor, and again no replies, after George said he doesn't want to sell that motor as he is not getting core back, okay we will pay core charges or what ever you need just sell us that motor, owner said no.ok we will take your rebuild motor, can we buy that, George said sure sends us pictures and said he needs a day to rebuild it.week goes by, i needed to email 3 times in order to get reply, George replies and said he got no stuff to do the work and cant sell us rebuild motor either... why waist 2 months of our time if you not interested in selling something anyways?before someone send him money, please make sure George actually got motor and wants to sell it

It is rare that you find such great customer service and willingness to help someone when it will not benefit you at all. Thanks a bunch George!!

Head Gasket in my 2005 Chrysler Grand Voyager went and car overheated. George quoted options over the phone, was knowledgeable and good value. Engine block was found to be cracked too. He patiently explained the options and whether I should replace it (i was cautious and decided too). When I came and picked it up, George fully explained the work he'd done and pointed out another issue (with air con).Nine months later I have just returned from a (thankfully) incident free 3,500 mile road trip to Europe.Really glad I used them, much better to give VM Engines to a specialist. Local engine specialist did not want to touch.
