Wife of Ian Richards - not Ian, but..I called in for some odd tiles, and the gentleman at the Tile Studio was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble, and he went to tremendous lengths to help me with my request. Thoroughly recommend this place!

Loads of choice, friendly, helpful staff and reasonable pricing.Needed to tile around a shower bath and replace one cracked floor tile, couldn’t find the cracked tile anywhere in north west, but Chester Tile Studio had 3 in stock and offered to order more. Saved me from replacing the whole floor.

Highly recommend Tile Studio. Looked around a lot of places trying to find the right tiles for our bathroom. Bill was very knowledgeable and helpful, he went through various tiles and prices with us. When we finally settled on tiles Matt and Bill went over and above getting us a good price for our tiles. We were telephoned to say the tiles would be delivered on Wednesday and to give the shop a call and one of the staff would come to our house and carry the tiles into the house for us. Lee arrived and very kindly carried them in for us. Very happy with the services from start to finish. They certainly went over and above for us.

I went in store and was greeted by Bill. He was great and helped me with a great choice of tile for my kitchen. If I ever need tiles again, I'm going there again! My cat also approves of the tile choice.
