Sweet ‘N’ Up Gelato

Order our sweet treats here at least once a month, both delivery and collection. Staff always so friendly and welcoming and food has never disappointed!! Always attentive to our sweet tooth. Highly recommend!!

absolute scammers! made an order and about an hour and a half later it says enjoy your food when no food had arrived. Called up the place to say we hadn't received anything to then be told that the driver came tried to call ( which he didn't) and then left. The man on the phone then said that he would send the driver back but we would need to pay £3.95 for delivery again. We said we didn't have cash and then he told us he didn't actually have the flavours/cake that we had ordered.This doesn't make sense as he told us that it had already been out for delivery once. If he didn't have the stuff that we had ordered then what did he send out in the first delivery?? After ordering I read some more reviews to read that I am not the only person that this company had done this to.

Really delicious warm brownie covered in Nutella. Beautifully presented too. Only been once but I will be back for another brownie soon!

Only been once (a couple of nights ago) but it was very tasty and lots of good options - cookie dough, ice cream etc. The guys running the shop (2 brothers I think) were really nice, good customer service!

One of the few places you can get a blondie. I get the kinder one. This time wasn't as good as usual as I got given an edge piece which are more dried out than the middle pieces but still okay.I'm a big fan of their vanilla ice cream which is super creamy.Better than the run of the milk dessert places as they have more premium quality products here.

I placed an order for two sundaez or one and a milkshake I’m not sure I can’t see my cancelled order in my orders anymore but it was a few days ago I ordered and it was about £17 odd. And my order was cancelled from your end and I never got a refund ordered it on Uber eats quite unhappy about it as I really liked your store

I got a box with 4 great doughnuts with generous toppings of Nutella, Ireo, Buscoff and Sugar, so tasty and they were delivered warm. Yum! Very nice presentation too.

I got an order of 2 coffees and 2 cakes from this place and the when the driver tried to give me the bag it was soaked through with coffee. This is how my coffee was delivered to me. Then the driver left saying well enjoy your cakes. Unbelievably rude!! When I phoned the speak the store I was told the driver had lied and said my dog was at the door barking (he was no where near the front of the house) and that I had taken the bag with one hand, even if this was the case it shouldn’t have mattered because the bag shouldn’t have been wet and burst. I now have no coffee and the restaurant say they have no responsibility to give me a refund or even an apology. Wish I could give it 0 stars.

A wee local place that we enjoy going to as a family for a takeaway ice cream. Always really friendly and the ice cream is so good.
