The team working on my transaction was beyond reproach. When I omitted important information on the transfer form (absolutely MY fault), they worked tirelessly to fix the problem in a day; instead of allowing it to add another day to an already inherently time consuming process. To top it off, my client manager checked in every day to make sure things were moving forward. I'm certain I wasn't the only client they had that day, but they made me feel like I was. AVOID!!Will lure you in with false promises of great rates, dare to ask any questions and you'll be made to feel like you're nothing to them. I was actually shouted at twice by 'Osman' despite me calmly asking genuine questions about the process. He even told me he'd be returning my money and to 'forget it'!. I don't believe Mr Osman has the right to decide what he does with MY money, you are merely an agent and would suggest some further training in customer service and people skills not to mention manners. I would suggest the OS stand for over sensitive- man as he really doesn't like you to ask questions. How quickly the charmer's tone changed. Utterly awful experience- avoid!
