Premier Inn Oxford Botley hotel

Arrived late to check in after working late, staff weren’t being very forthcoming when we had problems checking in.We ordered food and it took around 40 minutes to turn up even though we were the only people in the restaurant. When it turned up, it was terrible, Fish and chips were incredibly greasy, almost as though the oil was still too cold and the mushy peas had been over microwaved and the steak stir fry noodles were stodgy and tasteless!I appreciate it was late in the day after a busy shift as they hastened to tell us twice, but for sending out poor quality food for above average prices is not okay in my opinion. I did return the food in this instance and got it removed from the bill, but had to go hungry as didn’t want to wait any further as it was already late.

After a long journey it was a relief to be checked in by a friendly & efficient person called Kate. She made us a booking for breakfast which was the usual delicious selection offered by most Premier Inns we’ve stayed in.Our room and bathroom were both spotlessly clean.It was quieter than we expected as it’s so close to the A34.We shall certainly stay there again when we next visit Oxford.

As this was our first visit to Oxford. The Oxford Botley Premier Inn was an excellent choice.The Lady Kate made us most welcome & very well informed about the local area.The rooms very clean & comfortable. The food & service were excellent. We would definitely recommend this particular hotel.

I’ve stayed previously so booked again as it’s a convenient location. Staff were friendly and helpful. We did have to be moved rooms as our first room was not tidy / clean at all although I do think this was a one off as our new room was very clean, and there was no issue with being moved. Good hotel, not far from Oxford, free car parking included and a Coop and Tesco express very close. I’d stay again.

hotel was really great, comfy bed, clean all round. was a big bath and water pressure was brilliant. no complaints whatsoever. staff were lovely and was wonderful just to chill after a long day at work. shop right next door has everything you need as well :). location was great but slightly difficult to get into town because of the road closures which is no fault of the hotel!

A very good Premier. Lovely rooms. Great breakfast. Evening meal a little hit n miss. Staff pretty good on the whole. Very quiet, yet so close to the bypass. Lots of buses into Oxford. A great position, and it has parking. Always add a day when you log into the parking.

Comfortable budget hotel with option to book in from 11.00am for additional £5 . Breakfast and Evening meals are also available. Buffet breakfast was very good. Oxford city centre and train station are within walking distance. Car parking is free in adjoining car park.

Ideal location for city shops with free parking for Premier Inn guests nearby. Despite its proximity to a busy road the rooms were extremely quiet and well glazed to eliminate noise. All the staff were very friendly and helpful from checking in to checking out. Evening meals reasonably priced and served with a smile.

A good Premier Inn. Fairly new so soundproofing is good both in and outside, also rooms stay cool even when we went last year when it was 30C. Staff friendly. Good, free parking and location. Sealant in bathrooms could do with a proper clean.
