Placed an order to replace the velcro on my shoes quoted about 4 days, chased on the quoted 4 days and was told they could not find my shoes and to check back sunday (as she was a fill in) came on sunday (day 6)to chase / collect and I was told he would need 45 mins then collected later that day Shame it wasn't done sooner, to be fair though nothing wrong with the job, you wouldn't be able to tell it was replaced :)

A fantastic service. We ordered an engraved brass plaque for our deceased cat and the service and product was excellent. The next week I needed help with a rubber sole which was slightly detached from the main boot and the lovely chap who glued it immediately, just asked for a donation in the charity box. It's so rare these days not to be 'fleeced' and consequently I will always use your services in the future. Hope other customers take the time to give you feedback rather than take everything for granted.

Took my van to Timpsons in Hastings to get them to cut a new key and program it. I’ve never had any issue with the lock nor did I have an issue when taking my vehicle over there. After 30 mins I recieved a call saying he couldn’t turn the key when getting back there was a smell of wd40 and the lock felt different when sliding the key in . A locksmith had to be called and he said it seems like Timpsons forced the key and broke it !! I’m now £300 down . I spoke to Timpsons customer services and they said it’s my word against theirs . Make of this incident as you will. I will certainly be advising everyone I know not to shop their !!!!!!

Went to get a key cut it said 50per cent of bloke said you need paper work come back next day went back another bloke was there he said he could not do it come back Sunday why advertise this product if you cant do it and why be so rude i live 7 miles away so have to go back again but wont be going back rubbish company

I have just gone in to have my van key repaired and a new one cut. Was servedby the rudest worker. Sulking telling me he can’t fix my key and he even swore at me on my way out. He has to be sacked
