Mimi’s Coffee and Dessert Lounge
Food was lovely and the interior looks great. Took 15 mins for someone to take our order. My latte didn't arrive until halfway until I was done with my food. I had to ask twice for my drink which was the first thing we ordered.People who arrived after we came were served food way before us. The server couldn't find who ordered the plate she was carrying around for 5 mins, turns out it was ours and so wasn't hot when arrived.Service is slow and not the friendliest to be honest.Once they sort out their service, it would be a great place

Good place for a coffee and dessert date or if you fancy having a dessert. Excellent selection of food and dessert options in the menu. Staff were quick to serve and very friendly.We opted for the taster premium and tempting tiramisu torte, the torte had bit of alcohol in it and the texture was fantastic. The taster premium has 4 small pieces of different flavour waffles, it's a good option if you want to try a little bit of everything but personally I would go for the ferrero rocher option next time as I enjoyed that the most.Parking is limited in the front of the shop so keep that in mind.

A local cafe serving great drinks and food.Famous for the Full English Breakfast and Waffles.Plenty of seating area and excellent service. If you get Richard to serve you, you will understand what I mean. Great guy to talk to, and goes well out his way to make sure you are happy and feel welcomed.It’s a homely place where the quality of food is also great. The coffee is good quality and well prepared. There’s plenty of variety in the food menu too from Bubble teas to ice cream.Highly recommended if in the area or passing by.

Me and my friend visit here nearly every other week. We always receive the best service with the best desserts! The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly I highly recommend!

Friendly staff, we was greeted by the (I assume owner, she was very on the ball and friendly) staff member .Food was very tasty and filling and well worth the priceService was quick (she told us they were short stuffed but you honestly wouldn’t have noticed as the food and drinks came out quick)The decorations were stunning, and the toilet was very cleanOverall the atmosphere was relaxing and the dining area was pleasantWould definitely recommend

Georgous desserts and the price is on par with any dessert establishment. This one is the only place in the local are which serves this menu.Staff very warm and friendly.My little one enjoyed her pink cake which was surprising as she hates cake.Spied some breakfast orders and we will be back to try it at some point.A gem in Heston.

Second time I've been refused placing an order by the staff in 1 week. Requested to place a take away order before they closed, however was told they've already switched off the machine. Owner really need to wake up and get back to supervising the new staff. There a are new dessert lounges in town, and if this level of service keeps up you are not going to keep your customers. Today I tried the new place in Hounslow West because I was turned away.

Mimi’s Coffee and Dessert Lounge
From outside we thought it would be a great place just like other dessert places but it didn't meet our expectations. There was no music and no air conditioning; we had to ask the staff to switch on the air con. The staff didn't speak to us nor greet us. There was a few things on the menu that we wanted but they never had any, such as the tuna panini. The chicken burrito I ordered had barely any chicken but was filled with rice and beans. I ordered cookies and cream ice cream at the end but it was not what I had expected. The orea milkshake was probably the only good option and value for money. We went on instagram to see images of other food/dessert options but they have no posts, only 150 odd followers. I think the place is good, but could be alot better.
