The Pilates Room Skipton

I'm so glad I reached out to Banu to try her Pilates classes. They are wonderful and Banu is kind, friendly, knowledgeable and inspiring.Each week I feel both challenged and proud of my progress.

If you're looking for 1 to 1 Pilates classes, I definitely recommend the Pilates Room. It's a lovely space, and Banu's teaching style is relaxed and friendly.

I enjoy my one to one sessions with Banu so much and especially in the lovely peaceful space of Holistic House. I have discovered strength and stamina I didn't know I had and changed my body shape for the better! I will be forever grateful to have found Banu and cannot recommend her highly enough. An excellent teacher of Pilates both mat and reformer.

Starting one to one Pilates classes with Banu is the best thing I’ve ever done and the only form of exercise class I’ve ever really loved. I can see real results already and the feeling of progressing with my core strength every week is great and I always leave feeling on top of the world. Banu is a wonderful person and such a great teacher, she gets to know you and what your personal goals are so the classes are totally tailored and personal. It’s an hour out of my busy weekly schedule that I always look forward too! I can highly recommend The Pilates Room Skipton! Xxx
