Sniffles Dog Grooming Spa

This is a fantastic groomers, exceptionally well staffed and managed. My dog, now 11, has been coming here regularly since she was a puppy and every time she does I lose count of the compliments I later receive in the street or on the Heath about the quality of her haircut (my dog being very cute obviously helps as well.) Expert groomers, super-friendly front-of house, treat-jar on the counter – what more could any dog-owner want? Prices, I believe, are competitive but in any case when it comes to dog-grooming you most definitely get what you pay for. Highly recommended.

Fantastic family run business valued by their local community. I've been using one of their own products, the organic shea butter and beeswax paw balm on my mutt who suffers terribly with itchy and sore paws every spring through summer, due to pollen. Having tried other balms without success, this balm is a total fix and with occasional application, no more sore paws or itching. Smells great too. Definitely recommend.

Extremely friendly and kind staff who love dogs! Whenever I am about to drop my puppy, she runs eagerly to them. Really recommend!

Sniffles is a great neighbourhood spot for dog grooming and dog sitting. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional. As a new client I was asked to fill out a form with the details of the pooch after making an appointment. The only thing that was slightly awkward was that the final price for the treatment - wash, ear cleaning, brush and nail clipping - was not provided until the end. I was expecting to be provided a price range at the time of booking the appointment. A wash, ear cleaning, brush and nail clipping for a small Patter Jack was £35.

I am extremely unsatisfied with the service. The communication was terrible. I felt targeted as an individual, and verbally insulted as I was leaving. Being called stupid. I’m so traumatised from this experience that I bought my own grooming set to never deal with this again.

I never really write reviews but feel like I should here as I think some of the negative reviews are a bit unfair.I’ve brought my dog here a few times now and they always do such an amazing job. (I have a cavapoo so a breed notorious for matting!)He has only been shaved once and I was totally aware this was going to happen, I made the mistake of not taking him for a cut before I went on holiday so his lovely curly coat was beyond repair by the time I got home, this was my fault and absolutely not theirs.Every other time he has come back beautiful! And the cuts only get better as I get better at maintaining and brushing him between cuts.Sure it’s pricey but so is owning a dog also it’s located in a pricey area. I pay more for my haircuts which take half the time and I don’t need to be de-matted! If you are looking for the lidl of dog grooming in Hampstead you won’t find it.Also, the staff are always super friendly and nice, they’ve fit me in before when around here it can be hard to find a last min booking and they were totally understanding the one time he did come in matted (I thought I’d be told off but no!)5/5, don’t listen to the bad reviews :)

I recently had the pleasure of taking my furry friend to Sniffles grooming spa, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything about the spa was top-notch, and my dog was treated like a king.Firstly, the spa was impeccably clean and well-maintained. I was greeted warmly by the staff, who clearly had a deep love and respect for animals. They took the time to get to know my dog, asking about any specific needs or concerns I may have had.The grooming itself was a true work of art. My dog was treated to a luxurious bath with all-natural shampoos and conditioners, and the grooming process was gentle and thorough. The groomer took the time to ensure that my dog's fur was trimmed and shaped exactly as I had requested, and even added a cute bow to his fur as a finishing touch.What really stood out to me, however, was the extra care and attention that the spa provided. My dog was given plenty of treats and affection throughout the process, and I was even given some helpful tips and advice on how to maintain his coat at home.Overall, I cannot recommend this dog grooming spa highly enough. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly, the facilities were clean and modern, and my dog left looking and feeling his absolute best. I will definitely be returning to this spa in the future, and I encourage any other dog owners out there to do the same!

Groomers who put your dog’s hygiene needs first! Amazing grooms for poodle breeds. Great with nervous dogs and owners alike :o) … We always get compliments on his groom afterwards!

The best groomer in London for my poodle x bichon! We have a regular 6 week groom with Amy and get compliments on his groom constantly.I am religious with keeping him matt free at home, he gets brushed every other day which I know is so important in regards to getting a good groom. I can guarantee you the bad reviews on here come from people who don’t commit to keeping their dog in good condition at home!The prices are industry standard, and reflect the area, If I went to a spa and had a full body treatment, nails and haircut I would be looking at triple the price! Some people don’t seem to understand this. Also imagine trying to do someone’s hair cut while they keep moving around!I’m very happy with the consistency, service and hygiene, worth every penny.
