Always very helpful and friendly staff. Very good at remote troubleshooting with computer /photocopier hitches. Engineers are excellent and come quickly. Also found the price competitive so pleased with the deal and the service we have for our church.

We've used Copy Print since 2019 and have always had excellent customer service. Their equipment is incredibly reliable and if we ever have any issues they deal with them immediately and can remotely dial in to speed up the process of things like adding new users to the photocopier. I would definitely recommend.

Amazing company. I have dealt with several photocopier firms in my 25 years in business. None have been as professional, honest and reliable. Just the little things like the owner Paul has worked as a repair man and knows everything about fixing the machines let alone understanding your exact requirements so he sells you the right machine for the job at the right price.
