Weekly sessions at multiple locations around London. Large emphasis on correct technique and building confidence for beginners, with plenty of opportunity for more motivated students to advance their training. Trainers and assistants are always on hand to discuss any questions you might have. Quickly form friendships with other students and gain confidence through regular sparring. Maiwand also teaches the use of various weapons such as nunchucks, broadswords and staffs. Highly recommended for anyone looking to build their fitness, discipline and self confidence through martial arts.

Unbelievably beautiful service. Their teaching ways are so effective and easy. I would highly recommend this place as my child learnt everything really fast and he struggles to pick up things but massive well done to the whole team for making it easy for every child to learn.

I never knew my 8 year old son would develop such a passion for this! I was truly amazed to see his progress and how keen he is for every class. A big thank you to the instructor for all the encouragement and care shown towards each student. Excellent experience!
