I bought a house through Countrywide Hamilton & they have by far been the best I’ve dealt with. I was kept UTD, not waiting days for an update, really accommodating when communicating between seller & buyer. 2 working day’s for the whole process ( viewed on bank holiday Friday, started talks on the Saturday & by Monday morning our offer was accepted & being processed ) It was Laura that I was in contact with mostly, lovely, very polite & built great rapport with me. Branch Manager Nicole was just as accommodating too, even giving us a follow up call to let us know everything was all done & the Sold signs had been ordered for our next home! Would recommend & would use next time we sell.

I have been using Slater Hogg in East Kilbride from our first let a long time ago. Their level of service has been consistently good and, importantly, the standard of tenant has been exceptional due to careful vetting. My East Kilbride property requires a new tenant now and I didn't hesitate to go directly to Slater Hogg.

The team at Countrywide Hamilton were excellent from first contact through to selling and beyond. I've used them twice now and had great experiences both times. Prices were reasonable and marketing and turnaround times were superb. Communication was great throughout and special mention to Vikki who went the extra mile to sort things out quickly.

The Letting of my property was dealt with by Kirsten who went above and beyond to make sure the process went smoothly. Kirsten's communication and general customer care skills are top class and worthy of special mention! I would thoroughly recommend getting in touch if you are thinking of selling or letting your property.

I unfortunately have to preface this by saying I'm increasingly frustrated with how bad the tenant portal is. It really needs some work on performance as it's unbelievably sluggish. It wasn't working at all as usual, and when I tried to contact the offices at the number in the portal, or via google, the numbers were disconnected. My rep was on holiday and I eventually got hold of Michael Wilson, who was really friendly and helped me get an electrician organised quickly. 5 stars for him, but 1 star for your web app.
