Turned up before 09:00 for the doors opening only to be told there are no standing tickets only seating, on the day they are released to the general public! What a complete disappointment & waste of time. If you are looking for tickets for a gig, best doing it online, better chance of getting what you want.

Awful opening hours and communication with paying customers - ticket collection emails coming out less than a week before a gig and yet they're closed two of those days too. Why not be open with reduced hours? Why not provide e-ticket options to all ticket holders?Save yourself hassle and book elsewhere.
