I was very annoyed to receive an unsolicited phone call on my mobile phone when I was sleeping prior to going into hospital for an important eye operation. When I questioned the caller regarding whether they had checked the telephone preference system to see if I was registered she confirmed that they had not. She was very polite and apologised for disturbing me.If they have to resort to trawling through an unsubstantiated database without checking the Telephone Preference Service register, they can't be a very reputable organisation. I would not recommend doing business with these people.
