Update: 8 months in--------------------------------Popped into the store again to pick up my refill of the product I was recommended 8 months ago. My little one absolutely loves the sleepy lavender range, and it's been a staple for bath times ever since.Can genuinely say the staff (Kaz, thanks again!) are just as lovely as the first time (and all the subsequent times) I popped in.Please keep up the awesome work folks!Original Review------------------------Popped into see if they had anything to help with getting a teething toddler to sleep.Was greeted by, and proceeded to genuinely be helped by what I could say was one of the best customer service examples in Wakefield. Thank you to the lovely lady who sat down and listened to my situation, and talked me through all of the products that they offer that could be of use.All of my questions about the product, and how safe it was for the baby was thoroughly answered. A quick demo of the range really helped to help me realise what would and would not work for me. At no point did I feel as if though it was a sales pitch, and it seemed rightfully rather a pleasant conversation.Walked out with exactly what I needed.The world needs more brilliant customer service folk like the ones at Lush Wakefield.

I just want to say a massive thanks to Amy, I came into store a couple of months ago looking for henna hair dye as I am severely allergic to hair dyes so wanted to give this a go. I spoke to Amy and told her how my skin really reacts to box dyes and also I can’t get my hair dyed at a hairdressersAmy was so lovely she gave me some samples to try at home, told me how to test them on my skin beforehand.My skin didn’t react which was a good sign I purchased online and tried on my hair it was a little messy but I’m so happy with the results I can actually dye my hair without having any allergic reactionsI went into store today in Wakefield and thanked Amy.She is so lovely and I will be a returning back her customer service was brilliant :-)

We came to Lush today for our daughters 11th birthday pampering party experience which was with Liv the party host for today.Liv is such a credit to Lush, she is fantastic with the customers and honestly we can tell she loved her job and the company she works for, she was fantastic with our daughter Ava.My daughter will remember this birthday for the rest of life due to the experience Liv provided for my daughter Ava today.Even Natalie and the rest of the team was fantastic, made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble.Fantastic store Wakefield !Liv you was a fantastic party host! I called in to see if I could get a bath bomb that would be ok for sensitive skin, Daniel the girl who helped me was lovely and so so helpful, every lush needs a member of staff like this

My opinion has indeed changed since my original post. Perhaps it just took some getting used to, but I've been back a few times lately, especially during the Mario and Spondebob promotions for my son and the staff are super friendly and more than happy to offer advice as well as just have a nice chat. The prices are still eye-watering expensive, but all in all a good experience!

Fantastic friendly and attentive service from Amy, Ebbi and Jo. I needed some spooky bath bombs and they helped me pick a bunch of lovely products.Cannot stress enough how lovely this team was.

My 8 yo daughter had a fabulous birthday party at Lush Wakefield. The ladies were amazing, had lots of patience for a bunch of super excited 8 year olds. Sorry that I can't remember the names to mention them here.The girls loved it!!Thank you.

It’s always hard to get away from their horrible marketing against our police force from those years back. However, staff were friendly, helpful, and good stock of everything.

Fantastic party with Natalie - thank you! Highly recommend. Thought it might not suit a 13 year old, but it definitely delivered and set the bar very high for the other girls’ future parties! Also initially thought it was quite expensive, but when considering all the products you get to take home, it was very good value for money. Very happy.
