Man collecting was helpful and able to collect at an awkward time. Only complaint is the lack of communication: I heard nothing from anyone until the day car was collected.

Gave a high quote online and then called asking if it had mot and was running. If it was I would have sold it not scrapped it. Then because it didn't they offered a quarter of the quote online. We said no thank you. Then I had several emails, texts and calls from them asking if we had changed our mind. Had to block their number as it was bordering on harassment!
