Recently went to Pardoe & Sons to get my shoes polished and to get metal heel and toe clips done.I have picked up the shoes and they’re in very very good order. Certainly happy with how they came out, far better than Timpsons.They also fixed my duffel bag as the zip had broken. I was quoted £100.00 for the same service in Waterloo. Safe to say Pardoe & Sons was less than half the quoted price and the bag looks fantastic.Staff are very friendly also.Thank you Pardoe & Sons

Top quality and efficient service for key cutting and shoe repair of which I had done both. Prices were excellent and couldn't resist so left my only shoes with them and walked out bare feet( socks only) and went on to do shopping straight after, got a few weird looks and cheeky smiles. Collected 2 days later, all good as new.

Very friendly and helpful people far more approachable and helpful than i have found some of the franchised operations to be. They did a great job repairing a badly scuffed new shoe at a very reasonable price.I strongly recommend Pardoe and sons. Next time you need a shoe repair, give them a try.

Fantastic service from James! I called the store to understand if my faux leather bag straps could be replaced with real leather. James quickly provided me with his number to send across images to see if he could repair. Without hesitation, he confirmed he could, the approximate cost and time it would take.I am really happy with the results and can go back to wearing my bag with confidence!
