Dr Mala is a guru of yoga. I really appreciate her enthusiasm for teaching and preparedness she brings to her sessions. Her class always feels very thoughtful and I love the way she sets the environment up which helps you relax your whole body and mind and you feel rejuvenated. She is also very patient to teach every yoga position.

Mala’s pregnancy yoga sessions are wonderful !The sessions are a mixture of gentle yoga, relaxation, positive thoughts and breathing techniques.Mala is a kind, spiritual and gentle teacher.I would recommend her classes to anyone thinking about taking up yoga during their pregnancy, it’s a lovely way to relax.

Mala is mother figure to me.i recently attended yoga retreat and it was so refreshing and relaxing nourishing experience with forest walk breath work and water therapy.Mala.ia very knowledgeable and inspiring motivating guru.Mala is epitome of elegance and knowledge.I attend yoga session regularly withher on Thursday and her instructional when we attend meditation and breath work are rejuvenating and they work like affirmations.She is very kind and helpful person.I am.really blessed to have her in my life as teacher and friend and mother figure.

So glad I found Mala’s yoga during my pregnancy - just wish I’d known about it right from the start!Mala is absolutely lovely and I’ve never felt as relaxed as I do during her classes. As somebody who had never previously been interested in yoga, I’ve absolutely fallen in love with it. It’s the perfect hour of switching off from normal life and taking time for myself.It’s also helped to solve a lot of aches and pains and has been the perfect opportunity to bond with my baby.I’d definitely recommend Yoga by Mala to anybody and will be doing as many sessions as I can throughout the rest of my pregnancy! I have been attending the pregnancy yoga classes with Mala ji for more than 2 months now and I am so glad I chose her.I look forward to the classes every week, feel very relaxed and energetic after each class.On the top of good yoga practice, Mala ji often gives healthy wellbeing and eating tips which has really helped. I have been attending pregnancy classes with Mala for a few months now and I can't advocate joining one of her classes enough! They have been fantastic for keeping my body happy and also my mind. An hour's peace and focus on bonding with baby and preparing for its arrival. Mala works with you adjusting what you do if you have any specific niggles/capabilities. I wish I had done these classes in my first pregnancy!

Joined weekly pregnancy yoga classes near the end of my pregnancy and honestly wished I started earlier. Such a holistic, calming, thought provoking experience. Mala did not only offer excellent yoga practice and meditation, but also general good advice and positive vibes. Would recommend to all.
