Attic Self Storage Harrow
It's a good self-storage place. The support staff are very friendly and helpful. This company doesn't use the traditional padlock and key for their unit. All units are controlled via Bluetooth. The only problem is if the system goes down on any given day, you won't be able to access your unit. This has only happened once for me in the 3/4 years I've been with them, but they worked hard to get the system up and running. However, your unit is very secure.

I had a lovely experience with them, Samir Shah helped find the correct storage space for me, he was very helpful and showed me around. Explained all the prices including Insurance details. Due to time pressure and me moving soon, i needed reassurance about all my storage stored safely and he really did a good job of easing this stress, all questions were answered properly without pressure sale. I was very happy with their service today.

I found this place by chance and I’m glad I did!Excellent customer service from ALL of the staff!! What would have been an extremely stressful move, Attic (especially James - big shout out to you!) has made it very enjoyable! Thank you Maria and James for the warm welcome, easy check in, and the endless calls for the ‘pump truck’!The building is clean, modern and mainly its safe and secure! Easy remote access to lifts and to your room.I would definitely use this storage again!! Highly recommended!

Marco gave me amazing service, he was really friendly, polite, knowledgeable and non-pushy. Marco made sure I saved money by not paying over the odds for my unit and spent time personally showing me multiple sizes and made sure I picked the most suitable one for my needs and all without rushing me to make a decision. The app makes everything a lot easier and the place is clean, organised and homely. Samir and the whole team are really lovely and give exemplary customer service I am really happy with the service I received.

Really friendly and helpful team from the start of making an enquiry to checking. Maria helped with the checking in, she was really helpful and explained everything very clearly. We decided to make a very last minute change to our booking, James happily accommodated this. We also dealt with other staff members who were just as helpful before booking, apologies to them that I didn't take note of their name.

The Attic Storage experience was seamless, and I couldn’t fault the team at the desk. They all were so accommodating and I felt my needs were really understood. Attic Self Storage Harrow
I recently took 4 storage units for my business. The attic storage is very clean and maintained unlike other storage areas. Its 24 hours open which is convenient. The trolleys are big and good enough to move goods around. The lifts are big too. All in all, its worth giving it a try. The staff are very friendly and helpful too. Especially Danny and Samir helped me with the on boarding and with any questions that I had. Highly recommended.

absolutely brilliant service, Maria and Marco in particular were angels and so so helpful.the facilities are incredibly secure, genuinely the safest unit I've ever seen and have been going to and using storage units since I was in my teens!everything is automated and there's several layers of security, but still so easy to use.thank you guys!
