Excellent Service and Effortless Move-in/Move-out ExperienceI had the pleasure of living at the Green in Kilnwood Vale for the last two years. During my stay I had the pleasure of interacting with the management team Ali and Saoirse and I must say, their level of assistance, politeness, and friendliness exceeded all expectations. They truly made the entire process effortless and stress-free.From the very beginning, Ali and Saoirse were attentive and proactive in addressing any concerns or questions I had. Their professionalism and dedication were evident in their prompt actions to resolve any issues, regardless of their size or complexity. It was reassuring to know that they genuinely cared about ensuring my satisfaction throughout the entire process.Ali and Saoirse's friendly demeanor and helpful nature made the experience all the more enjoyable. Their warm and welcoming approach made me feel valued as a tenant, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met.I cannot express enough how grateful I am for Ali and Saoirse's exceptional service. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and their willingness to go the extra mile truly set them apart. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a seamless move-in or move-out experience and living experience throughout the tenancy agreement.Thank you once again, Ali and Saoirse, for your outstanding assistance. Me and my partner really enjoyed our time at the green.Our one bedroom maisonette was perfect and in good condition.The area and residents are really nice and made it a relaxing and safe place to live.Want to give a special mention to Saoirse in the office who was always very helpful and went above and beyond to make our time there special.

It is madness! I have been call about 23 times to the number on the listing on Rightmove to see if I can rent some of the houses or flats that everyday appear on the internet, but they NEVER answer!Savills number for this place never answer! Doesn’t matter the time you call the machine will answer, you will leave your details but you will be never contact! Terrible!

Rent increase well above market value only 1 year into our tenancy, almost 20% without any willingness to negotiate whatsoever, after being super reliable and quiet tenants. Their facilities overall are in poor condition, as well as dangerous roof tiles that have been hanging loose since the storms in spring, just shows how the management and landlord really don't care. We had a good time living here and will miss everyone a lot, sadly lots of people appear to be moving due to these increases. FYI £1,450pcm for a two bed flat in the area (their current listing) is NOT worth it, don't let them rip you off, just look elsewhere :)

The Greens residence is one of the best places to leave in within Crawley and its surroundings. Spacious rooms, high class kitchen equipment's, friendly neighbours, cleanest surroundings, best parks, access to club house. Never felt insecure while taking a walk in the late evening time. Above all, the best in class customer service provided by the onsite residence management.I got relocated to the States and left the place. Chris, Sara and Steve did a fantastic job in timely closing all the transactions and never made me felt that I am no longer associated with this community. This community remains as a family.This wonderful experience at The Greens residence will always remain in our memories.Strongly recommend.

I should note at the start of this review that the one star is solely for the management of the Green, rather than the accommodation itself. The flat I had was modern and nicely equipped, just a tad overpriced.However the management are shockingly poor, when we moved in we were told over messages that we would receive a welcome pack over email, however after several times chasing it still took days for us to receive this, which meant we struggled to get basic things like the heating and hot water turned on as it was not a simple system and we had no instructions anywhere. We also could not begin to setup any utilities as we were not informed which companies were used etc...During our time there, if we ever needed anything from the management (such as access to the meter for a meter reading) it would take several requests from us and days (or even weeks) before getting a response. If you try to phone the office 9/10 times there is no answer and WhatsApp messages were read and ignored.Partly due to this, we have decided to move out - and unfortunately the moving out procedure has been much of the same. We were given ZERO information on how to return keys etc.. and in the end I had to contact the office to ask what they wanted me to do. I was told that the check out would be done a couple of days after I moved out, and then it would be 3-5 days for the deposit to be returned to me. It has now been 10 days since I moved, and I have not had any response to messages asking how the checkout is going, and when I can receive my deposit back. I shall be lodging a complaint with Savills (who manage this location now) and if it goes on any longer I will go to the Ombudsman. This is ridiculous, I can understand delays in getting the deposit back but to have zero response from management is not acceptable.In summary, at the Green you will most likely get good quality accommodation but beware you get frustratingly poor service while there.

Most unprofessional bunch of amateurs managing the lettings department here. I would stay far away. Saoirse didn't have a contact number because she left her work phone at her mum's house".She then went on to ask to put through an offer which was sent the same night. She said she would be unavailable on the weekend due to having to attend a party but would be reachable on emails on Saturday morning only to disappear.Monday morning came and the property was already let

The properties at The Green are excellent, there are ample facilities and the onsite team are excellent.The location wasn't ideal for me with a change in circumstances, or I would probably still be in my flat.Saoirse seems to manage most of the residents single handedly, but still willing to talk to tenants when the need arises.The internet speeds and energy efficiency of my flat were amazing.

Moved into The Green back in December and the experience has been great so far. On site staff are very helpful and the property is super spacious for a 2 bed flat. Area feels really safe and secure with lots of places to go for a walk yet still 10 minutes away from the closest city.There is an on-site gym and free coffee machine in the residents lounge area and every now and then a food van comes by!Our little dog has made loads of friends on our daily walks.Looking forward to making use of the tennis court in the summer.Would definitely recommend
