She was informative, helpful and clear with the options available to us.It is so nice to be able to go into a proper shop and be able to speak with knowledgeable and helpful staff who take personal pride in their business and the advice they offer.All in all we found the visit very helpful and would not hesitate to recommend popping in to them for some friendly advice and/or purchase.

We have been looking for a very specific type of pram right before going on holiday - Joolz Aer - and came to this shop without much hope having read many negative reviews. 15 min later, we came out with the pram we wanted in colour we wanted - they were all in stock, huge choice of colours and no need to wait for a delivery. Waw! This was amazing. The owner was very knowledgeable about all the brands and features and explained everything very clearly to us. Very happy.

Both Caroline and David were great. Went above and beyond, very helpful and genuine. Would highly recommend, get yourself there! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience with some very naive first time parents to be! :)

I couldn't be happier with the experience at this store. Friendly knowledgeable and go the extra mile to make sure you are getting exactly what you need!! Been there several times for our 1 year old son and they have plenty of stock ready to go on the day so no waiting. Happy customer

Avoid this company. I purchased a wardrobe online, didn't hear anything until I emailed them for an update to which they told me they no longer stocked it - yet they were still quick to take my money (and to this day the item is still on the site!) As I write this nearly 3 weeks later I am STILL waiting for my refund!!

Unfortunately turned out to be a very negative experience with what should have been an exciting time. We ordered our Cosatto travel system back in mid August and we paid in full as we were told there was a 4 week delivery time. I called mid September, after hearing nothing for a month, to be told it wouldn’t be in for a few more weeks, missing my baby shower at the end of September which was very disappointing. Following that I had to call daily to get updates on delivery timeline, until finally we collected 7 weeks after we paid in full. And to further rub salt in the wounds, the boxes has ‘next day delivery’ plastered all over them and in speaking to Cosatto at the baby & toddler show, there was no reason for the delay. No apology when we got there and generally felt very undervalued. Service in store was good and the delivery/post purchase service was a complete let down.

I would leave a zero star if I could, stay away from these guys, they are thieves! We have negotiated a deal with them and brought several items. They delivered some of the order and failed to deliver the rest. They are now saying we need to pay more money for things we have already agreed to and paid for.

They are sooooooo helpful in there and stacked with information and experience. Honestly couldn't recommend it enough, a massive range and there just so helpful with helping you choose your pram for you. I dont believe you would have got the same customer care & experience if you went into a bigger chain store. Support local! Honestly so impressed! And we left ordering our dream pram!Thank you Caroline!

Avoid this place all together we had matching cot & crib totally regret it! . There was wood dowels missing and the metal inserts for cot bolt threads to tighten on had came away from their pre drilled recesses & cot bolts was all different sizes. Again on cot bed when manufactured I found that the cot bolts would not reach the inserts within the frame so had longer ones sent. When asked about this problem I was told we get it all the time!! How about fix the issue then. Oh yes and another thing paint all chipped.
