I got Toms details off the internet and I really struck lucky. He was brilliant, informative, tidy and very helpful. He serviced my boiler but I needed to contact my boiler company as it was still under warranty. Tom helped me do this and followed up afterwards. Struck gold here and will use him every year for my boiler service without a doubt.

Tom came to help us with a gas supply problem when others wouldn’t or didn’t know how to. He was professional, informed and friendly. . His prices were reasonable. We then used him for a boiler problem at another property together with a boiler service. Again, he was thorough and did a good job.Will definitely use him again in the future and am happy to recommend him.

Tom was recommended by a few of our neighbours. He fitted a Google Nest for us and did a great job. He’s super friendly and helpful and walked us through how to use the app etc. Reasonable price too. Could not recommend him more! Will definitely use his services again in future.

Excellent service, I was recommended The Boiler Service Co by a family member and was really impressed with Tom's knowledge and work ethic. Very reasonable cost and Tom taught me a few things I didn't know about boilers, he even gave me a free washer and advice for an unrelated radiator issue I had. Top marks!

I’ve used The Boiler Service Co on a few different jobs for me over the last year, including boiler service, rectifying another's work and replacement radiators. His details were shared through recommendation and I’ve been really pleased with the work. He is a bit of a perfectionist so doesn’t rush, likes to check in with you on any decisions to make sure you’re happy, so you never get any nasty surprises or wrong assumptions. On top of the fact his work is of high quality, he’s polite and professional. Overall very pleased and now a customer for life.

Reached out to The Boiler Service Co after not being able to get hold of our previous boiler technicians for an annual service.Tom booked us in very promptly, and did a very thorough job. He did so much more during this service compared to the previous 4 services we've had.The boiler runs better than ever and is noticeably quieter.Will no doubt reach out to him again for our next service
