Modern Tyres

Noticed a front tyre almost flat after my saturday shopping at Sainsbury. Went to Modern Tyres to inquire about their availability to have a look. The receptionist was very helpful and told me to (slowly) bring the car immediately. Upon seeing the screw embedded in the tyre they were going to try repairing it, but I chose to replace it. In less than 30 minutes it was all done, and the price was reasonable. Overall, it was a very good experience. Highly recommend.

Was recommended by a friend that this was a great place for wheel alignment, sadly when I arrived I found myself along with 3 other disappointed customers waiting in the lobby for almost 15 minutes, And once a member of staff finally did arrive, I asked about getting the wheel alignment only to be told that it would take over an hour. I said I didn't mind waiting. Only to be told it would need to be booked in for another day, I felt almost as if they couldn't be bothered. First and last time ill go through these doors. Luckily enough within half a mile I managed to find another garage and these guys were professionals and within 15 minutes the Alignment was resolved.

Lovely friendly staff .My tyre pressure warning light came .I called I to the forecourt where the staff were happy to check my pressures .I only had the car a few weeks so they took time to show me how to reset the dash warning ...Thank you so much.

Boy in reception was very rude. Only called in to get a price as I knew what I needed to get fixed but he point blank refused to give me a price until they could look at it in a few days. Didn’t even say I wanted them to do it only wanted a price! Learn some communication skills!

Needed a tire installed on a rental to make it to the airport on time and they were quick, friendly, and reasonably priced! I highly recommend this company.
