Guitar School Northampton
I took my 10yr old son for the first free lesson last year, we enjoyed it so much and since then we have learnt together. During our child and parent sessions we go through the theory and pick up some cool melodies, which makes our learning more interesting, entertaining and relevant. We both passed our first exam easily and looking forward to the next one. Lee is an amazing teacher. He is incredibly patient, enthusiastic and friendly. Highly recommend!

After months of making very little progress on my own, I decided to start guitar lessons. Charlai is an excellent teacher. The lessons are well-structured with a good balance of rhythm, lead and theory. I'm now seeing incremental improvements in my playing - if only I'd started sooner.

A massive thanks to Lee at The Guitar school.. 4 years in and my son is at Grade 6 and is really coming in to his own, passed all grades with flying colours thanks to his teacher. He is confident at playing all kinds of music and even doing some live shows and studio work. If you want to learn the guitar or refresh your skills this is the place..

After hitting a wall with what I could learn by myself I decided to sign up for lessons at the Guitar School Northampton. I immediately saw an improvement in the way I played and I continue to improve after every lesson and that's thanks to Charlai. She has a alot of experience and the lessons feel tailored to what I enjoy learning. I think that its definitely worth giving it a shot if you're on the fence about taking up lessons. I couldnt recommend Charlai and the Guitar School Northampton highly enough :)

My son has been having Bass guitar lessons with Lee for a number of months now and has just completed his first grading and passed with Distinction. Lee is an amazing teacher. He builds confidence and knowledge in the instrument and the theory of the music. My son really enjoys lessons with Lee and is always looking forward to the next lesson with him. Cannot recommend Lee and the Guitar School enough!

My 15 year old son has been having lessons with Lee for 5 years now, and it has been the most rewarding and influential experience possible. Lee has taught him the playing skills and techniques, all the theory behind music, and just as important he has given him the confidence to play on a stage, believe in himself, and go on to pursue a career in something he really loves. Thank you Lee for the patience and understanding through the difficult times, the reassurance in the low times, and the drive and passion when things are really rocking! Could not recommend any higher!!

The Guitar School is an amazing place for both adults and kids to learn to play the guitar. The instructor Lee Kenny is an amazing musician, and has a brilliant amount of patience, guidance and skills to help young ones develop their own skills. Friendly, comfortable and engaging environment to learn to play the guitar. Highly recommend this place!
