I booked a pre-natal full body, aromatherapy massage with Aimee as entering my final trimester I wanted to make the most of being able to enjoy some downtime, while I still can. Aimee made me feel really comfortable, shared a lot of her knowledge with me and was able to answer questions I had pregnancy and massage related. Aimee made a bespoke aromatherapy blend based on how I was feeling both emotionally and physically. The massage itself was great, really relaxing and actually gave me a welcome boost of energy. I would highly recommend Aimee and this treatment if you're looking for a relaxing treat.

I have had massages which are so relaxing and ofcourse suitable for every stage of pregnancy.We also did Aimee's 3 hour hypnobirthing course, which I can't recommend enough!Aimee is so knowledgeable and professional, I had a little understanding of hypnobirthing from some books, but my partner, who was initially skeptical was fully on board by the end of the course as he now understands it! Would highly recommend - the information, tips and techniques from the session contributed massively to a smooth labour, which was a stark contrast to our first. The fact the information is coming from an experienced midwife is an invaluable bonus. The delivery of the content was balanced and pragmatic, not pushing you towards a specific route, but giving you the platform to make the right choices for you. We are both incredibly grateful.

Where do I even start? My husband and I attended one of Aimee’s hypnobirthing courses and found the information she gave invaluable. What Aimee doesn’t know about pregnancy/labour/birth is not worth knowing. My husband was very sceptical about the whole thing but even he had to admit after that she provided him with so much more knowledge which helped him immensely.I also took advantage of Aimee’s complementary therapies, and booked myself the Prepare for Birth package which included aromatherapy massage and acupressure. I was unable to make use of the third session due to giving birth before it was due to take place, but Aimee was happy for me to use the third session as a postnatal treatment, so I had a full body massage 5 weeks postpartum which was so lovely. I’ve never been a huge fan of massages as I don’t fully switch off, but I can honestly say these were hands down the best I’ve had. I nearly fell asleep during all three treatments!I was so so lucky that Aimee ended up being our NHS midwife during labour and birth too which made everything so much more special and put me and my husband at ease throughout.Aimee is a genuinely delightful person who has such an obvious passion for what she does, and it is apparent in everything she does in her business.It’s now obvious to me why so many women have a baby and then want to retrain as a midwife. I’m not even ashamed to say I have a bit of a girl crush now!
