Went all the way Portland today for a couple of Gregg's vegan rolls and coffees to be told we can't do any cooked stuff as our cookers are not working, it's not the first time I been there and had that happen, no point going there if they don't have anything

Sat at the drive through order machine today for nearly 10 minutes and nobody noticed i was there, when i gave up and parked up i went inside to 3 staff members standing there and not a single customer in sight, what is the point of a drive through if staff don’t even look to see if cars are sitting there

Lovely staff and perfect location to grab a cheap, quick snack! I got a classic vegan sausage roll while my partner got sausage cheese and bean bake which we ate in the sunshine at the extremely conveniently placed benches outside! Will definitely visit again!

Service was painfully slow, like most Greg's, but the breakfast baguettes had not been cooked properly and were pretty rank.

Went to Greggs for hot Sausage rolls and for the second time they were only warm and not cooked never again no wonder the drive through closed serving rubbish, and people don't complain they just stay away !!!
