We first engaged WK Architects back in 2021 to come up with ideas for updating our traditional c250 years old grade 2 listed thatched cottage, including additions at both ends. Phil’s subsequent design was aesthetically bold while sensitive to the historical integrity of the original building. We are thrilled with the result, in particular by the voluminous light and space that have transformed how we live in the house. The tender, planning and construction phases proceeded smoothly despite the inevitable “bumps in the road” (removing asbestos; weeks of rain; manufacturing delays). We appreciated Phil and Flavio’s expertise, guidance, patience, responsiveness and care throughout. Ultimately, the end result is an architectural triumph.

Still waiting for a call back that was promised a week ago ... not good

We used WK to design and manage the building of a glass and steel garden room extension to our Grade II Listed house. Their professionalism was exceptional and the finished space is fantastic.
