My child gracie-leigh loves hideout she aways wants to come but her the people who bully's her still doing so l told her to tell a member of staff xxx she enjoys it l think is very good l think the staff are so lovely xxx

Hideout Youth Zone is fantastic place. This is probably one of the best places for youth age 8-19 in Manchester.

Really good place for kids if you can manage to get in without people letting other kids push in! A bit disappointing that now covid rules are gone you can no longer book a place so if you are not there early you will be not be able to get in, perhaps the booking system was a better option

It's not as good as it used to be. There is a lot of promotion of activities that the kids have done & events attended but never really figured out how some of the events were promoted as we never were given the opportunity to apply. Also don't really take on board feedback & action it very well.

My child used to go hideout, never again they did like going in the beginning, to much bullies go there bad language, my mates kids used to go to, they don't go anymore due to other kids bullying, the staff are not that helpful whatsoever,the staff don't stay there themselves different people in there all the time.

The age group needs to be changed in my opinion, don't get me wrong the place is amazing yet why is it 12under different time and 13+ different time because my friends are all 13 and I'm 12 so I'm stuck with with a different time and people who are mainly from a primary, like I'm in secondary school I wanna hang out with older people not younger people who I won't know?!One good thing is the price, the price is amazing 50p it would have been worth it if it wasn't for the age difference

While I've had positive encounters with some friendly individuals, a significant portion of the time leaves me cautious, as many in that environment exhibit homophobic attitudes or are generally unkind and rude.
