Paid £250 to have my phone's screen replaced. I was told they didn't have the screen for my model of phone in stock and that I would need to wait for a week. 3 weeks later they finally tell me they have my screen in stock and to bring my phone in. I get to the store and I'm then told they gave it to someone that came in earlier that week even though they told me they would keep my screen in reserve. Terrible experience and massive waste of time. Do not use this shop.

Popped in to get a price on a charging port replacement for my s21. The technician explained to be even after replacing the charging port the issue would still be there as it was a motherboard issue. I found this very honest, he could have easily repaired the phone and took my moneyHe advised to take the phone back to Samsung as its a hardware issueWill definitely be using In the future

Don’t trust. The man confirm the price, I agreed for him to complete the work. When I went back collect the phone he tried to over charge. Along side this the screen randomly cracked again within 4 days. Clearly poor workmanship ;-( not worth the moment stay well clear of this company.

I went into have my iPhone battery changed, they did so and it made no difference and the battery continued not to last. I then went into the Apple Store to see if they could do anything and they changed the battery and it restored the battery. It may have been more expensive through Apple but at least it works.Tried to get a refund from I smash but they wouldn’t as they said they needed to inspect it.For the extra £30 don’t bother using I smash, go to Apple direct

My wife took her iPhone hear to have a simple battery replacement, they damaged the phone both inside and out and I received an unbelievable treatment of which I will put the whole story on hear if customer services don’t respond to me very quickly . I will be exposing this everywhere on all platforms including explaining my experiences to customers outside the store as I wouldn’t want anyone else to experience what I have , i will also involve trading standards

I had the best experience today with the staff at i smash lakeside. Fixed my ipad which to be looked like it was beyond repair, gave me a lifetime warranty and went above and beyond. Amazing customer service will definitely be returning when needed. Thanks guys!!

Terrible experience. Avoid! You have been warned. Booked AM appointment and online said will be done in an hr. When arrived was told may take 4hrs as the people are not in yet.Upon collection I noticed the fingerprint read was now not working. Therefore, they broke part of my device functionality when replacing a cracked screen.The quality of the screen is really poor. Still made me pay despite breaking device.

Visited ismash today to get screen replaced and its one of the best experiences I've had. Such quick service and lovely people to deal with. Got my phone fixed on the day and ahmen was friendly and really helpful. 100% recommend.
