Buzz Bingo and The Slots Room Swindon

Very poor. Best friends birthday and he wanted to go bingo. 12 of us paid £17 for our tickets and all was going really well. Decided to order food before we started the main event as we're told there could be up to an hour delay, which would have fitted into the interval perfectly.1 hour and 50 minutes later the food came out in drips and drabs with a very rude waitress. The food was stone cold, there was a couple of hairs in the food and as we had to eat it during the second part of the bingo, we got indigestion!! Although food was cold some of us just got on with it as were hungry others refused and got their money back.To me this place needs more staff, better manners from a couple of people and better customer service. The manager was lovely with my friend and gave him a voucher to say sorry, nice touch after what started off well and ended on a low. Needs work!!

Good friendly place. Lots of different games to play. Good money on busy evenings.

Bingo is fun yet ordered food at 6:20 told 15 minute wait then changed to a hour still waiting at 8:30 for our. Maybe get some more staff in kitchen to help with times. Bingo was practically finished when our food came out.

The que took around an hour, the food was overcooked and microwaved, the carpets where filthy and not enough staff. Adding to this the smoke detector in the gents was disabled. Surely illegal?Will never return. Most disappointed with the whole experience.

Swindon - Limited food menu and food, food takes over an hour, no chips. Decor not been changed for years, most of the go go boards machines won't take the money, bonus buttons don't work. 80's & 90's night rubbish, when 80's side won they were meant to pick a song which never happened, when 90's side won they got a free main event. Bingo caller was calling the numbers way to fast and wasn't thinking of those doing the paper, was as though she wanted the games over quickly. Staff don't care about you as long as the money is coming in. It was much better when it was Gala.

Really lovely place and massive. Lots of slot machine ,it's unbelievable! But most importantly, Customer service is absolutely fab!, staff are always willing to help. Liz, a fantastic manager,Vinny made my partner and feel welcome. Highly recommended, food is good too.

Fun atmosphere, menu is very nice the burger and chicken basket is very nice. Friends have won here before, waiting for my turn!

Really disappointed. Attended at lunch time for the first time and the max amount you could win locally was £20!? The tickets cost £26!? Rip off sadly. I loved the staff though so 3 stars.

Fun atmosphere The place has started to become really dated and could do with a major renovation. Serves a great purpose and does exactly what it says above the door, Bingo. Although I'd question some of the rising prices considering how cheaply you can play at home these days. Food is edible, but not great. Worth signing up if you've never been as you get some free discounts.

Went to a 70s and 80's ABBA and bingo night and it was brilliant can't fault it the night was very well organised
