Ruabon Road Dental Practice
My first visit as a private patient. My appointment was for 8.30am. I arrived at 8.25am. I received a lovely welcome from reception and was directed to the waiting area. I was called into the dentist's room at 8.45 with no apology for their lateness. I felt they believed their time is more important than mine. The male dentist was very personable when he did speak to me offering advice and feedback.

Appointment was on time, Will was professional and welcoming. Good work team.Could dentist practices place something on the ceiling to read while on the chair, or puzzles perhaps (personally I think, 'find your way through the maze' type. Or, as I think would be the issue, would this just increase patients closing their mouths as they forget what they were meant to be doing?If this a go, I wave my commission on great ideas.

Rang at 8:30 with an emergency, had a call back by 9:30 offering me an apt for the same day at 14:30! Really friendly professional dentist. Cannot fault the service I received.

NHS patient. Just went in for an annual check up. Dentist was excellent and thorough. Booking was excellent too. Receptionist was great and offered a place not to far in the future. If your lucky enough to be offered a place here . Snap it up.

My first visit - always unnerving meeting with a new dentist because historically I have had to have a considerable amount of treatment. I need not have been concerned. Anwen was friendly, welcoming and I felt comfortable immediately. I left feeing assured that I had found the right dentist for me!

My husband is disabled and unable to get upstairs but our dentist comes diwn and uses a room downstairs. He us very patient with as he is unable to speak and is also slightly deaf. He doesn't always understand what he is asked to do but they are great with him. I have Bern with thus practice for donkeys years and hopefully will not have to move as we are National health patients. Thank you.

This has to be one of the best dental practices I have been to.Sam was amazing. He took the time to explain all the options for treating an infection in my tooth. I would highly recommend this practice
