Not sure why my review got deleted but here it is again! All the photos gone too! I've added one I can find. IL update once found rest. Phil and Matt responded to our leak on our new extension promptly. They travelled out of area to ensure we got the best quality of services, after being let down by our builders. The builders left gaping holes in the brickwork, woodwork and just didn't do the flashing right at all (as seen in the photos). The finish of work was not to an acceptable level either. They had used silicone and putty to cover gaps. It was beyond a joke really. Most of the photos attached are of before (only a few are of after) the leak Job.The videos in particular that Matt provided was brilliant. It was a before video which explained everything that was inadequate with the build currently, to us (with no background or knowledge of building works). We understood the problems and the solutions they suggested were not only going to fix the leak, but also leak proof the build from further water insults. They worked efficiently and were able to clear our job in 2 days. We really appreciate the timeliness of their response and the patient nature when explaining the issues. And of course not forgetting the first class workmanship! The quality of work these gentlemen have done for us is beyond praise. It's pristine! And because of that, once they had finished the first job, we had them back to re-do the fascia's to their high standards. Thank you once again. We appreciate it greatly. As do the twins, for a happy leak-proof play room!Would I use them again for roofing, facias, property maintenance, kitchen builds.... and much more? HELL YES!!Addition: I've just been out and took a few photos of the finished work from the ground... No words. These men are perfectionists!! It looks outstanding! THANK YOU.
